Signature REQUIREMENTS
To protect your valuable orders, our policy is that all orders over $170 must be signed for upon delivery and we are unable to allow for requests for orders to be left unattended.
Track Your Order
You can track your order, using the tracking number included in your email confirmation.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post.
APPLIED AFTER DISCOUNTS
We calculate your shipping costs (intrastate, interstate and international) after any coupon, discount code or promotion is applied.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Please note that during busy times and public holidays you may need to allow 2-3 days to receive your shipping confirmation email.
