Returns Exchange

We want you to fall in love with your BROSISCUS purchase. We are dedicated to delivering quality pieces that you will love and cherish.

If you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault, although we work tirelessly to make sure this does not happen, please email hello@brosiscus.com.au within 14 days of the date that you receive your order. In the email, please include your order number and details of the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return for a change of mind or a change in size. Items can only be returned or exchanged if it is faulty.

Returns and Exchange Policy

In compliance with Australia Consumer Law, BROSISCUS is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make an incorrect selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay.

If there is a manufacturing fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace where available or otherwise we will offer you a store credit . All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis and the outcome is at the sole discretion of BROSISCUS. Misshapen pieces are deemed wear and tear and are not covered under warranty. Please also consider the need to follow our Product Care instructions.  If a refund is required, it will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order. Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, return or refund.

In the event of an exchange or return, it is the customers responsibility to carefully package and ship the items back to BROSISCUS. BROSISCUS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages of returned items and items are to be sent back at the cost of the customer.

Please allow up to 4 business days after BROSISCUS has received the returned item to process your refund.

If you are seeking to exchange an item, please allow up to 4 business days after BROSISCUS has received the returned item to process the exchange and allow for the standard delivery time for your new package.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached; items will not be credited if damaged upon return.

Promotional Items

Promotional items cannot be returned.

The below items are not able to be returned. Under consumer law a return will be accepted if a good is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing process.

- Earrings (not able to be returned due to hygiene reasons)

- Sale items

- Free gifts

- Other promotional items

- Charity donations

In the event of an exchange or return, it is the customers responsibility to carefully package and ship the items back to BROSISCUS.
All sale items are a final sale. They cannot be returned to us for a credit note, refund or exchange unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.

We do not offer exchanges for ring size.
