Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to fall in love with your BROSISCUS purchase. We are dedicated to delivering quality pieces that you will love and cherish.
In compliance with Australia Consumer Law, BROSISCUS is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make an incorrect selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit if you do not love your product
EXCHANGES
Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, in their original condition (with tags attached and with any jewellery boxes/pouches/packaging), and with proof of purchase to be eligible for return. Once you return is approved, we will need to receive your parcel within 14 days for your credit/exchange to be processed.
BROSISCUS does not cover the cost of return postage. If an error has occurred at the fault of BROSISCUS, you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; BROSISCUS does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons. Rings cannot be exchanged due to the wrong size. Items purchased on sale, promotional items and free gifts are not eligible to be returned.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing process. Under consumer law, BROSISCUS reserves the right to assess and determine fault within a product prior to processing a refund.
RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We work tirelessly to make sure this does not happen, but if there is a manufacturing fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace or offer you a store credit . All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis and the outcome is at the sole discretion of BROSISCUS. Misshapen pieces are deemed wear and tear and are not covered under warranty. Please also consider the need to follow our Product Care instructions.
If a refund is required, it will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order.
RETURN WINDOW
If you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault please email hello@brosiscus.com.au within 14 days of the date that you receive your order. In the email, please include your order number and details of the issue.
RETURN POSTAGE
In the event of an exchange or return, it is the customers responsibility to carefully package and ship the items back to BROSISCUS. BROSISCUS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages of returned items and items are to be sent back at the cost of the customer.
If you are seeking to exchange an item, please allow up to 4 business days after BROSISCUS has received the returned item to process the exchange and allow for the standard delivery time for your new package.
